We all know that a regular check ups are a great way to ensure our pet’s health.
Here are what to check up in weekly check ups:

Check under your pet’s fur for lumps, bumps, flakes or scabs.
Check your pet’s ears and eyes for any signs of redness or discharge.

Heartworm Infection

Fight those fleas! Yes, because these pests can be a big problem to your pets. They can cause skin disease, anemia, scratching, allergies and tapeworms.

How to fight for fleas? Well, there are many products available to control the fleas on your pet. Importantly, you should use what is approved for your pet’s species. Never use products for dogs on your cat, and vice versa. Did you know that cats are extremely sensitive to insecticides, and many pets die annually from improper use of flea control products? Remember to ask your vet for a recommendation.

Vaccinate Your Pets

We all know that pets received protection from many diseases from antibodies passed in his mother’s milk whenever our pet was born. The American Eskimo

Small-to-medium-sized breed that is known for its stark white to cream-colored coat, American Eskimo has a wedge-shaped head with an equally proportioned muzzle and skull. It has triangular ears that stand erect and a beautifully full tail that curls up over their backs. They have a scissors or pincer bite.

How about their traits? They are known for being a very good companion. This dog breed is compact, strong and loved for its intelligence, alertness and spunk. Eskimo dogs are well balanced, hardy, and known for their longevity, and possess outstanding working skills, and make a lovely companion.

The Affenpinscher

Originated in Germany in the 16th century, the Affenpinscher is usually balck, silver, or black and tan in color. It has a coat of dense shaggy hair that are rough and harsh. When you measure its length on the shoulders and body, it is almost 1”. The head, neck, chest, stomach, and legs have a longer and less harsh coat. For your information, the coat serves protection against extreme weather conditions.

Because of their physical appearance and delightful attitude, they are commonly referred to as the monkey dog. Affenpinschers are combination of charm, great deal of courage and boldness, capable of amazing dexterity and agility, possess thinking and reasoning process and display sensitivity and gentleness. Sometimes they are considered class clown also because they are mischievous and playful, affectionate and amusing. Aside from that they are good pets for young children because they are capable to guard and protect their food and toys. They love to entertain and expect to be entertained as well.
