Dog Breeds: An Introduction

There are many dog breeds today. Indeed, there are around 400 million populations found in the whole world. We all know that dogs are kept as our companion at home. Dogs are known to be social animals with various personalities and behaviors, which depends on which breed they are categorized.

History says that dogs were first cared and domesticated in China and some arts of the East Asia. Dogs were migrated as migration happened in humans.

For some people, dogs were regarded as religious symbol or icon. However, in some cultures, dogs were used as a food source.
